Our Recruitment Process

With our extensive hiring expertise and proven delivery track record, we follow an organized way.

1. Collection of requirements

First, we record customer requirements, including job profile, qualification criteria, number of employees, salary, nationality, and all-important job information, through our detailed requirements document.

2. Documentation

In the second step, the required documents such as application letter, power of attorney, model contract, and other documents are obtained from job seekers according to the specific requirements of the country.

3. Letter with an invitation and interview Scheduling

We send out invitation letters that allow clients to stamp delegate visas and allow job seekers to travel to interviews. After receiving the representative visa, we will agree on a mutually acceptable discussion plan with the customer.

4. Sending documents and Medical status

In the next step, we will send documents to selected candidates from different locations in batches, including photos. We also provide shortlisted candidates with a medical fitness report.

5. Visa Processing and Employee Placement

After processing the visa application, our customer sends us a copy of the visa within 1 or 2 weeks of receiving the documents. In the next step, the employee travels after receiving the visa.

6. Candidate Finalization

The final stage of this process is the negotiation and retention stage, where we negotiate the salary package, joining date, and offer letter. In addition, we continue to cultivate our relationships with our clients and shortlist candidates to ensure the smooth integration of candidates into the company.
